Jane facilitated a class on ‘Team Building Strategies for Leaders’ for my team in early 2019. She was able to move away from the typical style of instruction and execute a session that concentrated specifically on areas of concern within our location. Road blocks effecting teams were identified, possible solutions and alternatives ways of thinking were presented. She was able to get all participants to participate which can be a challenge. Her insight and suggestions to my team provided great insight which I believe will improve the team work within our organization.
