As the volunteer 2018 Program Committee co-chair for the federal Training Officers Consortium Annual Institute (TOCAI), I had the pleasure of working with Jane. She submitted a dynamic and intriguing concurrent speaker proposal, “When Leading Hurts: Managing Stress and Burnout”, which was chosen for Day 3 of the 3-day conference in Virginia Beach. Jane’s presentation style and practical tips were highly ranked by her attendees. Her enthusiasm for leadership development and best practices is contagious. I look forward to seeing her presentations in the future at TOCAI.
